On the table this week

KORETH, CorridorKey, and the website are all becoming usable at the same time, but none of them are pretending to be finished.

The primer on the corridor panels is still curing, so here is the honest state of the table: several things are finally becoming usable at the same time, but none of them are at the finished-image-solves-everything stage yet. That is exactly why this log exists.

KORETH is built and primed at 1:6 scale, waiting for its first detail pass. What matters now is not adding more detail for its own sake, but deciding which details the light actually needs. The set already has enough information to become noisy if I am careless.

CorridorKey passed its 200th test this week. That does not make it glamorous. It means the tool is finally predictable enough to trust when I am tired and working through repetitive comparisons. The live preview and automatic quality scoring are making it feel like a tool instead of a workaround.

This site is getting rebuilt around proof instead of atmosphere alone. That means stronger case studies, clearer routing, and pages that show what changed rather than only hinting at it. The design can stay playful, but it should not compete with the work.
